Zhang Tiehua

Zhang Tiehua, born in October 1970, male, professor, doctor of engineering, doctoral supervisor. Dean of the School of Food Science and Engineering of Jilin University, director of the Engineering Technology Research Center for High-value Utilization of Animal By-products in Jilin Province, director of the Zuodanli Healthy Food Research and Development Center of Jilin University, and outstanding contribution expert of Jilin Province. The main research direction is food deep processing and biotechnology. He has presided over and undertook more than 20 various topics such as national key research and development plans, science and technology support plans, natural science foundations and Jilin Province Science and Technology Department. He has published more than 110 papers, including more than 80 papers included in SCI and EI. He has obtained 16 national invention patents, 5 transferred patents, 8 awards, and compiled more than 20 teaching materials. Part-time as an editorial board member of journals such as Food Science, Food and Biotechnology Journal, Food Industry Technology, Food Research and Development, and eFood.
