Sun Chunyan

Chunyan Sun, Professor, Doctoral supervisor, Associate Dean of College of Food Science and Engineering, Jilin University, China, Director of Jilin Province Food Safety Engineering Research Center. She was selected as "Tang Aoqing scholar" of Jilin University. Her research is focused on the food safety detection and control. She has successively presided over a number of scientific research projects such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, Natural Science Foundation of Jilin Province, Talent Introduction Fund of Jilin University, etc. At present, she has published more than 40 SCI papers in academic journals as the first author/corresponding author. She has cited more than 1200 times in total, and her H index is 20. 2 papers are highly cited in ESI. She has won 4 academic awards such as the second prize of Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Award as the first finisher. Among the graduate students under her supervision, 2 won the award of Excellent Master's Thesis of Jilin Province and 1 won the award of Excellent Master's Thesis of Jilin University. She won the honorary title of "San Yu Ren" (Teaching and Educating People) Advanced Individual of Jilin University in 2016. She has co-authored two books in English and two textbooks in Chinese.
