Among the 38 publications, 4 papers have been published on SCI journals and 1 on EI journal. 8 Patent applications for invention in China have been submitted and 2 of them have been authorized. participating in compelling 1 textbook, Food Processing Machinery and Equipment, based on the national planning textbooks for the eleventh five-year plan for general higher education, and 16 projects being involved in either as a participant or as a project leader.
