王虹苏,女,1978年10月出生,教授,博士生导师,美国密歇根大学访问学者。主要从事食品的抑菌保鲜;生物传感器的制备及对食品中有害物质的检测。先后主持国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划863项目子课题、吉林省科技厅重点研发项目、教育部博士点基金、中国博士后面上及特别资助等项目。指导本科生获全国大学生“挑战杯”课外学术作品大赛特等奖,全国首批大学生“小平科技创新团队”等荣誉。目前,在国内外学术期刊上发表SCI收录论文50余篇,以第一责任人身份发表SCI文章五十余篇。获授权专利七项,已转化一项。
